Design Singapore Council (Dsg) is dedicated to developing Singapore’s design sector and fostering innovation across industries. With an increasing need for CRM-powered marketing to support their initiatives, Dsg required a solution to streamline their operations and enhance efficiency.    

The Challenge

Faced with fragmented systems and manual processes that hampered productivity, Dsg partnered with us to implement HubSpot as a centralized platform for managing their CRM and marketing efforts. Dsg officers faced several operational challenges:

  • Disjointed Systems: Key data, including contact and company information, was spread across multiple platforms, leading to inefficiencies in accessing and managing information.

Our Approach
